Dust Extraction Systems
We offer a wide range of dust extraction equipment to suit different needs. Our TD range of Turbine-Vacuums provide a quality engineered compact unit with powerful suction, low noise level, high filtration efficiency and low maintenance costs. Extraction points available vary from the simplest ‘Y’ pipe to high efficiency energy modules with electrical sockets and compressed air.
Panel Storage
A really useful system to prevent damage to painted off-car panels, our Panel Storage System has foam covered support bars and fixing rails to protect panels from scratching. The bar adjusts easily to accommodate different panel sizes including bonnets, doors, wings and bumpers.
Paint Mixing and Gun Cleaning Rooms
We manufacture a range of paint mixing and combined paint mixing and gun cleaning units. Mechanical ventilation is provided from floor and bench level with filtered air intake at high level. In combined units, connection for gun cleaning ventilation is included in the design.
